What is the typical lead time for product delivery?
We implement strict quality control throughout the whole production process of stainless steel ball valves and pipe fittings. We inspect raw materials first, conduct dimensional testing and pressure testing during production, and carry out final inspection before shipment. All products follow standardized testing procedures to guarantee stable quality and reliable performance for industrial pipeline projects.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Our standard lead time is 7–15 working days after receiving your deposit for out-of-stock and customized items. Many standard stainless steel ball valves and threaded pipe fittings are in stock and can be shipped immediately. For bulk orders or customized products, the delivery time will be confirmed separately according to production schedules. If you have urgent orders, please contact us to discuss feasible arrangements.
What is your return and refund policy?
For standard in-stock stainless steel ball valves and pipe fittings, returns can be negotiated if there are quality problems caused by our production. Customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless manufacturing defects are confirmed on our side. Buyers shall inspect goods upon arrival. Any quality claims need to be submitted within 7 working days after receiving the cargo with photos or video evidence. We do not support free returns due to buyers’ wrong ordering, size selection errors or changes of project plans. Please contact us directly if you encounter any product issues.
